Every piece we create begins with a story. Some are ancient, carried on the winds of the North—tales of resilience, transformation, and connection to the land. Others are modern, born from lived experiences, community struggles, and the enduring strength of those who refuse to give up.
A Raven’s Haven exists at the crossroads of these stories.
Founded by LalaDeLuz, Laura DeLucio, a community advocate and storyteller whose work in drama, short film, and mental health outreach uplifts voices that need to be heard and David Gilbert Viking, whose work draws from Norse heritage and ancestral craft, our mission is to create more than art—we create connections
Our jewelry honors the intricate beauty of cultures past while supporting the needs of communities today. Through partnerships like Family Matters of Putnam County - Hollister, we invest in resilience: helping families heal, empowering individuals to find their strength, and reminding us all that we are never alone.
We believe roots matter. Cultural roots that keep traditions alive. Community roots that provide belonging. Environmental roots that sustain us all.
At A Raven’s Haven, every piece you hold carries this intention:
To remind you of where you come from.
To ground you in the present.
To give you strength for what lies ahead.
This is more than a store.
It’s a sanctuary. A gathering place.
A haven—for heritage, for healing, for hope.
Welcome to A Raven’s Haven.
Where stories live. Where resilience grows. Where You belong.
As a boy, David learned the art of patience and ingenuity from his grandfather. Faced with the simple need to hoist a riding lawnmower, they took humble farmer’s twine and spent a full day crafting a rope strong enough to lift the machine. That single day became a lesson in resourcefulness, precision, and care—an exercise in necessity that would grow into a lifetime of artistry. Today, the same hands that once twisted twine now shape copper and bronze into intricate jewelry, carrying forward a family tradition born from need, skill, and love.
